The introduction of the euro, the release of Nelson Mandela, the change of chancellor after 16 years, the accidental death of Princess Diana, the model cult, Love Parade, Pokémon and our Formula 1 idol Michael Schumacher. A decade of a fun society between body cult and enthusiasm for technology.
Significant social upheavals have been laid by the ongoing Digital Revolution in the form of increasing professional and private use of computers and cell phones, as well as the emergence of the Internet (especially the World Wide Web and e-mail).
